Has it been delayed?
No. The game was always slated for 2026, and December 8 has been the date since it was set.[Gematsu] What changed in October was the demo: the free public demo was dropped five days later, partly because the team feared AI tools could be used to clone the game from it before launch.[Alliance Arts] Searches for “Drunken Goddess Reflux delayed” usually come from that news.
Pre-orders and pre-load
Steam does not offer a pre-purchase for the game as of October 29, 2026 — only the wishlist button.[Steam] No pre-load or download size has been announced either; Steam lists no storage requirement yet. For the price, see price.
